Associate Java Frontend Developer

About the Role

Saatvik Agro is seeking an Associate Java Frontend Developer for a full-time, on-site position in Morena, Madhya Pradesh, India. This role is ideal for fresh graduates and early-career professionals interested in frontend development, web applications, user interfaces, Java-based enterprise systems, REST API integration, responsive design, cloud technologies, and modern software-development practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with various business teams (software, IT, backend, data, analytics, operations, production, supply chain, finance, sales) to develop, test, integrate, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve responsive web applications, dashboards, enterprise interfaces, internal platforms, and digital systems.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript
• React, Angular, Vue.js, Next.js (familiarity beneficial)
• REST APIs, JSON, HTTP/HTTPS, web services, API integration, frontend-backend communication
• Java (basic understanding beneficial), object-oriented programming
• Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Java REST APIs (familiarity advantageous but not mandatory)
• SQL databases (basic understanding beneficial: MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle, MongoDB)
• UI frameworks (exposure beneficial: Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, Material UI, Angular Material, Ant Design)
• Testing tools (exposure beneficial: Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, Playwright, Jasmine, Karma, Vitest, Postman), unit testing, integration testing, end-to-end testing
• Git, GitHub, version control, collaborative software-development workflows
• CI/CD (exposure beneficial: Jenkins, GitHub Actions), cloud platforms (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud)
• Browser developer tools, debugging techniques, frontend performance optimization
• Agile, Scrum, Jira, SDLC (familiarity advantageous but not mandatory)

Qualifications

• B.E. / B.Tech / B.Sc. / BCA / MCA / M.Sc. / M.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Applications, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related discipline.
• Fresh graduates and candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience are strongly encouraged to apply.
• Final-year students completing their degree and available for full-time employment may also apply.
• Candidates with 0–2 years of experience in frontend development, web development, software development, UI development, Java application development, full stack development, or related technology roles can apply.
• Basic to good knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript, responsive web design, and modern frontend-development fundamentals.
• Understanding of components, routing, forms, event handling, state management, DOM manipulation, frontend architecture, and reusable UI development.
• Familiarity with responsive design, mobile-first development, cross-browser compatibility, semantic HTML, accessibility, and user-interface best practices.
• Familiarity with state-management technologies (e.g., Redux, Redux Toolkit, Context API, NgRx, Zustand, MobX) will be beneficial.
• Familiarity with frontend package-management and build tools (e.g., npm, yarn, pnpm, Vite, Webpack, Babel) will be beneficial.
• Familiarity with browser developer tools, debugging techniques, frontend performance optimization, lazy loading, code splitting, caching, and Core Web Vitals will be beneficial.
• Exposure to security concepts (e.g., OAuth, JWT, role-based access control, secure coding, input validation, frontend security, XSS prevention, CSRF protection) will be advantageous.
• Familiarity with UI/UX principles, Figma, design systems, wireframes, prototypes, component libraries, and translating designs into functional interfaces will be beneficial.
• Exposure to application types (e.g., single-page applications, progressive web applications, server-side rendering, static-site generation, dashboards, ERP, CRM, e-commerce, enterprise applications) will be considered an additional advantage.
• Exposure to backend technologies such as Java, Spring Boot, Python, Node.js, .NET (beneficial but not mandatory).
• Exposure to automation, analytics, AI/ML, generative AI, reporting systems, or enterprise technology solutions will be considered an advantage.
• Good analytical, logical, debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication, documentation, collaboration, and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to understand business, design, and technical requirements and contribute to responsive, maintainable, scalable, secure, and user-friendly frontend solutions.
• Willingness to work in an on-site environment.
• Internship, academic project, frontend project, Java project, React project, Angular project, web application, full stack project, API integration project, GitHub project, hackathon, freelance assignment, startup project, or open-source contribution will be considered but is not mandatory.
• Candidates without previous full-time frontend-development experience can apply.
