Key Responsibilities
- Understand job requirements, screening parameters, and client businesses upon receipt of job information.
- Perform phone interviews with candidates based on required parameters before recommending candidate profiles to account managers.
- Perform reference and background checks as and when required.
- Generate MIS reports as per company requirements.
