About the Role

The Junior Accountant role is a full-time, on-site position based at EGlogics Softech Pvt. Ltd. in Noida.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily bookkeeping tasks, including recording financial transactions.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Assist with bank reconciliations.
• Support the preparation of invoices, expense reports, and basic financial statements.
• Help maintain accurate ledgers and documentation for audits.
• Coordinate with internal teams on budget tracking.
• Assist with GST and other statutory compliances under supervision.
• Update financial records in accounting software.
• Collaborate with senior finance staff.
• Adhere to company policies.
• Ensure timely completion of accounting activities.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Proficiency in accounting software (such as Tally, Zoho Books, or similar).
• Strong MS Excel and general computer skills.
• Ability to work on-site in Noida.

Qualifications

• Foundational accounting skills, including bookkeeping, ledger management, and familiarity with financial statements.
• Knowledge of basic taxation and compliance requirements, including GST, TDS, and standard financial reporting practices in India.
• Analytical and numerical skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Ability to reconcile accounts.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with a cross-functional digital and technology-focused team.
