About the Role

As part of the Infosys consulting team, your primary role would be to get to the heart of customer issues, diagnose problem areas, design innovative solutions, and facilitate deployment resulting in client delight. You will develop a proposal by owning parts of the proposal document and by giving inputs in solution design based on areas of expertise. You will plan the activities of configuration, configure the product as per the design, conduct conference room pilots, and assist in resolving any queries related to requirements and solution design. You will conduct solution/product demonstrations, POC/Proof of Technology workshops, and prepare effort estimates that suit customer budgetary requirements and are in line with organization's financial guidelines. Actively lead small projects and contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives with an objective of providing high-quality value-adding solutions to customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement different Kinaxis RapidResponse modules including Supply Planning, Forecasting and Demand Planning, ATP, Aggregate Supply Planning, Capacity Planning, Attribute Based Planning, Sales & Operations Planning.
• Develop value-creating strategies and models that enable clients to innovate, drive growth, and increase their business profitability.
• Plan configuration activities and configure the product as per design.
• Conduct conference room pilots.
• Assist in resolving queries related to requirements and solution design.
• Conduct solution/product demonstrations, POC/Proof of Technology workshops.
• Prepare effort estimates aligned with customer budgets and organizational financial guidelines.
• Lead small projects.
• Contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in implementation of Kinaxis RapidResponse modules.
• In-depth knowledge in different seeded resources like worksheets, Alerts, Metrics, scorecards, etc., in at least one of the Kinaxis modules.
• Knowledge of integrating Kinaxis with host ERP systems through Data Warehouses for both Inbound and Outbound Interfaces.
• Kinaxis RapidResponse Author certification is necessary.
• Good knowledge on software configuration management systems.
• Awareness of latest technologies and industry trends.
• Logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate.
• Understanding of financial processes for various project types and pricing models.
• Ability to assess current processes, identify improvement areas, and suggest technology solutions.
• Client interfacing skills.
• Project and team management.
