About the Role

The Buyer role at STM Doosra is a full-time, on-site position based in Pune City. The buyer is responsible for managing procurement activities, including identifying suppliers, evaluating quotations, negotiating pricing and terms, and placing purchase orders for goods and services necessary for business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing procurement activities, including identifying suppliers, evaluating quotations, negotiating pricing and terms, and placing purchase orders for goods and services.
• Tracking inventory levels.
• Coordinating with internal teams to understand requirements.
• Maintaining vendor relationships.
• Ensuring on-time delivery.
• Monitoring market trends.
• Analyzing cost structures.
• Supporting budget adherence by optimizing purchasing decisions.
• Collaborating closely with finance, operations, and marketing teams.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Procurement or buying roles experience.
• Vendor selection, negotiation, and purchase order management.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Ability to maintain accurate records, track inventory, and use basic office software or ERP tools.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Attention to detail.
• Capacity to handle multiple requests.
• Prior experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or affiliate marketing environments is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Relevant academic background such as a degree or diploma in business, commerce, supply chain, or a related field.
