Your Game Plan

As a Management Trainee, you'll learn the business from the ground up while working alongside experienced team members and leaders.

• Sales Development: Learn face-to-face sales, customer engagement, product and service presentations, and relationship building.
• Marketing & Brand Representation: Represent client brands through direct marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and customer acquisition initiatives.
• Team Leadership: Develop the skills to motivate teammates, communicate goals, and contribute to a high-performing team.
• Coaching & Training: Learn how to share feedback, support new team members, and help others improve their performance.
• Performance Tracking: Understand sales goals, daily activity metrics, campaign results, and how to use feedback to improve.
• Business Operations: Gain exposure to team coordination, client communication, campaign execution, and day-to-day business activities.
