Job Title: Engineering Executive
Key Responsibilities
- Work experience in electrical equipment maintenance including:
- HT transformer (1600 KVA)
- D.G sets (1250 KVA)
- Kitchen related equipment
- 600KVA UPS
- OTIS lifts
- Pumps
- Circuit Breakers
- Other components
- Maintaining room temperature and air quality in:
- Labs
- Server (Data centers) rooms
- Workstations
- Electrical equipment rooms
- Experience with HVAC related equipment including:
- Chillers (Air/Water cooled)
- Cooling tower
- AHU
- PAC
- Provide suggestions on equipment lifespan and advise on replacement of electrical components due to potential risks.
- Responsible for preparation of critical spares lists for all installations as per manufacturer’s recommendations.
- Plan for inventory where maintenance is carried out with in-house teams.
- In-hand experience in pre-emptive maintenance programs to reduce the risk of sudden failures of critical equipment.
- Maintained Fire Fighting Systems including:
- Jockey
- Booster
- Sprinkler
- Hydrant
- Diesel engine
- LSS related components
- Ability to create critical spares lists for all installations on-site based on requirements.
- Maintain documentation such as checklists, logbooks, and PPM schedules for job-based activities.
- Maintain a safety concern while using equipment.
