Campaign Operations Associate

About the Role

As a GSS Campaign Operations Associate, you will be building campaigns for Amazon Prime Video using various marketing tools, operations workflows, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). You will be responsible for delivering assigned campaigns on time with the right quality. This role requires adaptability to new features and process changes while adhering to SOPs. You will also update workflow tools and trackers to monitor daily tasks. Flexibility for rotational shifts is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Fulfill objectives and KPI criteria, including SLA, productivity, and quality targets.
• Proactively alert managers/SMEs to problems or concerns.
• Meet daily goals for allocated tasks.
• Resolve customer-facing trouble ticketing processes with 100% SLA and quality.
• Comply with SOP or manager's directions to ensure tasks meet quality standards.
• Identify and report errors in SOP content to Subject Matter Experts for correction.
• Contribute to process enhancement by suggesting automation ideas/Kaizens (aim for at least 1 Kaizen/4 JDIs per year).
• Participate in deep dives to provide input for root cause analysis.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Ability to update workflow tools and trackers.

Qualifications

• Ability to fulfill objectives and meet Key Performance Indicators (KPI) criteria, including SLA, productivity, and quality targets.
• Ability to work on resolving customer-facing trouble ticketing processes with 100% SLA and quality.
• Ability to identify errors in SOP content and reach out to Subject Matter Experts for correction.
• Ability to contribute towards process enhancement by offering automation ideas/Kaizens.
• Willingness to participate in deep dives to provide inputs during root cause analysis.
