Internship Opportunity - GET- Test Engineer Fresher

Duration: 6 Months (Full-time Internship)

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in product testing and evaluation of consumer electronics.
• Support the team in diagnosing and documenting product issues.
• Perform basic functional checks under supervision.
• Contribute to failure analysis reports and maintain records of findings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support quality improvement initiatives.
• Test and evaluate customer return and replacement products.
• Diagnose and repair Crossbeats products across all categories.
• Perform functional and quality checks before and after repairs.
• Conduct root cause analysis and defect investigations.
• Maintain accurate records of spare parts and components used during each repair.
• Report repetitive issues to the team and support corrective and preventive actions.
• Assist in identifying manufacturing, component, firmware, or usage-related issues.
• Support product quality improvement and customer satisfaction initiatives.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Familiarity with basic testing equipment such as multimeters, power supplies.
• Familiarity with testing equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and power supplies.
• Knowledge of Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, wearable devices, audio products, and smart electronics.
• Hands-on soldering and component-level repair skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets for reporting and documentation.
• Awareness of the latest consumer technology trends.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate or final-year student in Electrical Engineering.
• Strong academic foundation in electronics fundamentals.
• Eagerness to learn failure analysis, repair techniques, and product testing.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
• Curious, detail-oriented, and motivated to build a career in consumer electronics.
• Experience in electronics repair, testing, or failure analysis.
• Strong understanding of consumer electronics products.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
