Clearance & Settlement Equities Analyst

About the Role

The Enterprise Business Operations (EBO) organization is responsible for all operations and asset services supporting various DTCC businesses. Equity Clearance and Settlement Operations specifically provides operational support for DTC and NSCC, focusing on depository services, trade capture, comparison, and netting of virtually all broker-to-broker equity, listed corporate and muni bond, and UIT trading in the U.S. This culminates in a consolidated end-of-day process that completes the transfer of securities ownership and cash daily between trading parties.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide operational support for DTC and NSCC equity clearance and settlement.
• Support and ensure preparedness for business resiliency and continuity efforts.
• Support and ensure preparedness for cyber security events.
• Support and ensure preparedness for default/liquidity management.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Internship experience highly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree required.
