About the Role

The Nurse Residency Program is an exclusive, paid opportunity for nursing graduates with a scheduled or passed NCLEX in the United States. BAYADA's program is the only new graduate residency program in home care accredited by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation (ANCC).

Key Responsibilities

• Delivering care to people of all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Current valid nursing license in U.S.
• Graduation from a qualified nursing program
• CPR in good standing
• NCLEX
• Statewise (for electronic charting)

• No specific years of experience required; this is a new graduate program.
