About the Role
- Part-time associate position for an Illinois-licensed attorney.
- Up to 25 hours per week.
- Salary: $50,000/year.
- Remote work, with firm meetings held by Zoom.
- Work 100% from home, except for court appearances.
Key Responsibilities
- Weekly in-person court appearances in St. Clair County (20th Judicial Circuit) for docket calls and motion hearings.
- In-person appearances in other counties: Randolph, Clinton, Washington, Madison, Monroe, etc.
- Prepare and answer discovery.
- Draft pleadings and motions.

Qualifications
- Illinois-licensed attorney.
- No trial work required.
