About the Role

Kraft Concept Marketing Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is expanding to Bangalore and building its founding team. This role is for individuals who are driven to build something great and are passionate about their craft.

Key Responsibilities

• Design compelling visual identities for campaigns, creating striking, pixel-perfect assets for digital and social media.
• Develop clean, modular design data that supports AI pipelines and content frameworks for scalable aesthetics.
• Transform complex strategic briefs into engaging realities, experimenting with typography, layout, and mixed media.
• Contribute bold, innovative concepts and support the broader creative team.
• Take ownership of the creative process from sketch to final export.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Mastery of the Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Proficiency in modern UI/layout tools such as Figma.
• Bonus points for experience with 3D software like Blender.

Qualifications

• A strong portfolio that showcases your design capabilities.
• A deep understanding of design principles, with intentionality in pixel, color, and font choices.
