About the Role
The Owner at IFI Techsolutions Ltd. is responsible for the overall strategic direction, sustainable growth, and operational control of the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the company strategy.
- Manage revenue and profitability targets.
- Monitor key performance indicators.
- Collaborate closely with the leadership team.
- Make decisions regarding investments, partnerships, and new business areas.
- Ensure all business areas operate efficiently and customer-orientedly.
- Represent the company to key clients, Microsoft, and other strategic partners.
- Foster a performance-oriented, inclusive company culture.
- This is a full-time, on-site position located in the Greater Delhi Area.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Experience in corporate management and strategic management, including responsibility for P&L, business development, and scaling technology-oriented organizations.
- Profound knowledge of Cloud and digitalization strategies, ideally within the Microsoft ecosystem (Azure, Modern Work, Security, Data & AI, Business Applications).
- Strong leadership and people management competencies, including building high-performing teams, talent development, and fostering an inclusive, values-oriented company culture.
- Strong skills in communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management for targeted collaboration with clients, partners, investors, and internal leadership.
- Analytical and entrepreneurial mindset, high decision-making ability.
