About the Role

This is a BCom Fresher position for an Analyst in Financial Services based in Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform testing procedures including substantive and controls testing, vouching, verification, etc.
• Provide necessary support to the team manager on audit engagement formalities.
• Handle allocated areas and work, including testing and relevant audit procedures.
• Prepare audit work papers and ensure compliance with firms policies and procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Act as a SPOC for the team with the client in terms of data flow, communication, coordination, and discussions.
• Support the team on standardization of processes, documentation, analysis of technical issues, and research solutions.
• Support the team manager in project management, preparing status updates, and compiling requirements lists.
• Participate in meetings with various teams and contribute to the areas and responsibilities handled.
• Ensure timely delivery of working papers as per defined timelines.
• Ensure compliance with engagement plans, internal quality & risk management procedures.
