About the Role

The Owner role is a full-time, on-site position responsible for overall business leadership and strategic direction.

Key Responsibilities

• Overseeing operations
• Ensuring product and service quality
• Guiding sales and marketing initiatives
• Maintaining strong customer relationships across pan-India locations
• Managing key partnerships
• Monitoring financial performance
• Making decisions that support long-term growth and innovation in attendance and access control solutions
• Leading senior team members
• Fostering a culture of compliance and continuous improvement
• Ensuring adherence to relevant standards and certifications
• Coordinating cross-functional activities and providing hands-on leadership

Qualifications

• Leadership and people management skills, with experience guiding cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
• Business strategy, planning, and decision-making capabilities, including budgeting, financial oversight, and performance monitoring.
• Experience in technology, electronics, security solutions, or related industries, preferably with exposure to biometric or access control systems.
• Customer relationship management skills and the ability to maintain long-term partnerships and service quality across multiple locations.
• Operational management skills, including process optimization, compliance with ISO standards, and continuous improvement practices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to represent the organization to clients, partners, and vendors.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, problem-solving ability, and comfort with high-responsibility ownership roles.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Electronics, Management, or a related field is preferred.
