Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting suitable beauty, makeup, and skincare products.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products.
- Demonstrate product features, benefits, and application techniques.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain product displays, visual merchandising, and store hygiene.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, beauty trends, and new launches.
- Support stock management, replenishment, and billing when required.
- Build customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases.
- Follow company policies and store operating procedures.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Interest in makeup, skincare, and beauty products.
- Sales-oriented mindset and customer-friendly attitude.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts and weekends.
- Working Hours:
- Morning Shift: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Evening Shift: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- Rotational shifts based on store requirements.
Qualifications
- Plus Two or Graduate preferred.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
