About the Role
- Full-time, on-site role.
- Based at Upasani Super Speciality Hospital in Mulund, Mumbai.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide continuous medical coverage to inpatients.
- Conduct clinical assessments.
- Monitor patient progress.
- Document care in accordance with hospital protocols.
- Assist senior physicians and surgeons during rounds and procedures.
- Coordinate with nursing and allied health staff.
- Ensure timely execution of treatment plans.
- Manage emergencies and stabilize patients.
- Oversee basic pre- and post-operative care.
- Maintain accurate medical records.
- Participate in clinical discussions.
- Support training initiatives for junior staff.
- Uphold hospital standards for patient safety, ethics, and compassionate care.
Qualifications
- MBBS/BAMS/BHMS from a recognized institution.
- Valid medical registration with the appropriate council.
- Strong Medicine and clinical decision-making skills relevant to a multi-speciality hospital setting.
- Experience working with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to implement treatment plans and coordinate care.
