Job Title: Desktop Support Engineer L0

Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support for desktop, laptop, Windows OS, and application-related issues.
- Troubleshoot basic login issues, password resets, and network connectivity problems.
- Assist users with MS Office applications and common software issues.
- Troubleshoot printers, peripherals, and basic hardware problems.
- Log, track, and update incidents and service requests in the ticketing system.
- Escalate unresolved technical issues to the appropriate support team.
- Maintain proper documentation and follow company IT procedures.

Qualifications
- 01 year of experience in Desktop Support, IT Support, or Technical Support.
- Freshers with basic IT knowledge may also apply.
- Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems and desktop/laptop hardware.
- Familiarity with MS Office applications and basic troubleshooting.
- Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Willingness to learn and work in a team.
Work Schedule: 6 Days a Week
