AR Caller/Junior Analyst

Job Title: Junior Analyst - AR Caller

Key Responsibilities

• Follow up on insurance claims.
• Resolve unpaid, underpaid, and denied claims.
• Review EOBs, ERAs, and patient account details to identify and address claim issues.
• Ensure timely claim resolution through effective payer follow-up and documentation.
• Track and manage accounts requiring future follow-up.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Freshers with strong communication skills.
• Must be a graduate.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work night shifts from the Hyderabad office.
• Willing to sign a 2-year service agreement.
• Willing to join immediately.
• Note: B.Tech, M.Tech, Diploma, MCA, and MBA graduates are not eligible.
• Excellent communication skills are mandatory.

• Days: November 2nd to November 6th (no walk-in on Saturday and Sunday)
• Time: 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM

Compensation

• 2.00 LPA - 2.45 LPA
