About the Role
This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Associate role based in Bengaluru, focused on the US market.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through lead generation, outreach, and relationship-building with key stakeholders in the US education ecosystem.
- Conduct market research.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective partners.
- Support sales campaigns and product demos.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM tools.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine go-to-market strategies.
- Track performance against growth targets.
Qualifications
- Strong Presentation Skills and experience creating and delivering effective presentations to diverse audiences.
- Lead Generation skills, including prospecting, pipeline management, and nurturing qualified opportunities.
- Market Research skills to analyze trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes in the US education market.
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, for engaging prospects and internal stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in EdTech, education services, or international business development is an advantage.
- Ability to work from the Bengaluru office and collaborate across time zones for the US market.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Comfort with CRM tools and spreadsheets.
- A goal-oriented mindset.
