F&B Cashier

About the Role

Gunstock Mountain Resort is seeking Cashiers for Food & Beverage. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure guests receive exceptional service by assisting them at points of sale. This role involves various service styles, including take-away, cafeteria-style, restaurant-style, or in-seat service. A top priority is consistently executing Gunstock's standards for handling cash and credit card transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist guests at points of sale.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions according to established standards.
• Provide service in formats including take-away, cafeteria-style, restaurant-style, or in-seat service.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• POS (Point of Sale) and digital register operation.
• Calculator and change counter utilization.
• Ability to accurately count and make change for transactions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to perform simple mathematical calculations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
• Ability to work well independently.
• Ability to work well in a high-stress, fast-paced environment.
• Technology aptitude for working with POS and digital registers.
• Strong guest service skills with the ability to connect easily with customers.
• Scheduling flexibility to meet operational needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
