About the Role
Einstein Bros. Bagels is seeking Team Members to join their bakery. Team Members are described as the "secret ingredient" and are responsible for creating a positive guest experience and promoting the company as brand ambassadors. The role offers opportunities for career growth, with many General Managers having started as Team Members.
Key Responsibilities
- Make every guest feel welcomed from the minute they walk in.
- Create a positive guest experience.
- Ensure the quality of the food and beverages served.
- Keep a safe and clean store environment.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Must be at least 16 years or older.
- Must be able to work varied hours/days as business dictates, including early hours (as early as 3 am depending on the restaurant) and weekends.
- Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Restaurant, retail, or guest service experience is a plus, but not required.
