About the Role
Bruegger's Bagels is seeking Team Members to join their bakery. The role focuses on creating a positive guest experience and promoting the brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests from the minute they walk in.
- Provide excellent guest service.
- Ensure the quality of food and beverages served.
- Maintain a safe and clean store environment.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Must be at least 16 years or older.
- Must be able to work varied hours/days as business dictates, including early hours (as early as 3 am depending on the restaurant) and weekends.
- Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Restaurant, retail, or guest service experience is a plus, but not required.
Qualifications
- Ability to bring a smile to a guest each day.
- Desire to work and have fun.
Note: Stores close at 2 pm. Flexible schedule available.

Starting pay is subject to Local and State Minimum Wage regulations. Hourly Rate: $14.00 - $21.00 per hour.
