About the Role
We are looking for MEP Modelers with hands-on Scan to BIM (MEP) experience to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in converting laser scan / point cloud data into accurate Revit MEP models, along with experience in Revit family creation and MEP system modeling.
Key Responsibilities
- Convert laser scan / point cloud data into MEP BIM models (Scan to BIM)
- Create and modify Revit MEP models
- Create and modify Revit Families
- Model HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Protection & Electrical systems
- Coordinate with project teams to deliver accurate BIM models
- Ensure models meet project standards, specifications & quality requirements
Requirements & Tech Stack
- 0–1 years of BIM modeling experience
- Strong experience in Scan to BIM – MEP
- Excellent knowledge of Autodesk Revit
- Revit Family Creation & Modification
- Knowledge of MEP System Types
- Experience in HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical & Fire Protection modeling
