As a GenAI / Agent Testing Engineer - Senior Associate - Operate, you will play a pivotal role in advancing software and product innovation within the Technology Consulting practice. Your focus will be on testing and quality assurance to ensure solutions meet rigorous standards and deliver client value. As a Senior Associate, you will analyze complex problems, mentor junior team members, and maintain professional standards. You will build client relationships, understand business context, and navigate complexity to deliver quality solutions. This role is part of a dynamic team within the Managed Services competency network, focusing on Application Evolution Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducting acceptance and automation testing to validate software functionality and reliability.
• Collaborating with teams to manage agile product and program development cycles.
• Utilizing analytical thinking and problem diagnosis to identify and resolve software defects.
• Implementing quality assurance best practices and system architecture for software testing.
• Managing test environments and generating test cases to support software quality assurance.
• Debugging and troubleshooting software issues to enhance system performance and reliability.
• Documenting testing processes and results to maintain transparency and facilitate feedback.
• Engaging in AI-human collaboration to optimize testing methodologies and outcomes.
• Embracing change and fostering innovation in testing and quality assurance processes.
• Applying programming languages and digital tooling to streamline testing operations.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• At least a Bachelor's degree.
• At least 2 years of experience.
• Oral and written proficiency in English.
