Process Associate - Voice Process (Networking Domain)
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and effectively to customer queries and issues via email or chat, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Accurately enter, update, and manage data across multiple systems and databases.
- Troubleshoot customer problems, provide actionable solutions, and escalate complex issues to senior support teams as required.
Qualifications
- Candidates pursuing any networking related course can also apply.
- Arts & Science graduates.
- Freshers – 2024 to 2026 Passed Out.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline is preferred (Arts & Science).
- BTECH, IT, MCA, BE are not eligible to apply.
