About the Role

This on-site internship role is based in the Greater Bengaluru Area and focuses on supporting end-to-end recruitment activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and networking channels.
• Help screen resumes to match role requirements.
• Coordinate interviews.
• Maintain candidate records.
• Communicate with applicants to ensure a smooth hiring experience.
• Collaborate with senior recruiters to understand client needs.
• Prepare job postings.
• Contribute to basic market research on talent trends.
• Learn standard recruitment processes and tools.

Qualifications

• Strong interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, or human resources, with a desire to build a career in these areas.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic organizational and time management skills.
• Comfort using common productivity tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, video conferencing).
• Willingness to learn applicant tracking or recruitment platforms.
• Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Ability to work on-site in the Greater Bengaluru Area.
• Ability to collaborate in a team-oriented environment.
• Pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma in any discipline; coursework in HR, business, or psychology is an advantage.
• Previous internship, campus hiring experience, or volunteer exposure to recruitment or HR activities is beneficial but not mandatory.
