Full-Stack AI Engineer

About the Role

At INNOVERIC, we help companies design, build, and scale intelligent software solutions using cutting-edge AI technologies. We're currently hiring a Full-Stack AI Engineer to work on an exciting project focused on building a next-generation AI-powered communication app, bringing intelligent agents, communication channels, and automated workflows together into a unified platform. We're looking for a passionate engineer with strong expertise in Agentic AI, multi-agent orchestration, and AI-native software development who enjoys building reliable, scalable, production-ready applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI agents and multi-agent systems.
• Build intelligent workflows using LangGraph, Google ADK, CrewAI, Vercel AI SDK, or similar frameworks.
• Develop agent harnesses, memory management, tool calling, and multi-agent orchestration.
• Integrate external services and communication platforms using MCP, A2A, REST APIs, and third-party integrations.
• Build scalable backend services and full-stack applications using Python and TypeScript.
• Implement agent evaluations, automated testing, monitoring, and observability.
• Leverage AI coding agents to accelerate software development while maintaining engineering quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver production-ready AI solutions.

Requirements & Tech Stack

AI & Agent Engineering

• Hands-on experience with LangGraph, Google ADK, CrewAI, Vercel AI SDK, or similar frameworks.
• Strong understanding of LLM applications, agent orchestration, tool calling, and memory management.
• Familiarity with MCP, A2A, REST APIs, and third-party integrations.

Software Engineering

• Strong programming skills in Python and TypeScript.
• Experience with FastAPI, Next.js, React, or similar frameworks.
• Experience with Supabase (PostgreSQL) or other relational databases such as MySQL or SQL Server.
• Knowledge of OAuth 2.0 and authentication systems.

Cloud & DevOps

• Experience with cloud platforms such as Scaleway, AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Proficiency with Git, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with unit testing, integration testing, monitoring, and observability.

AI-Native Development

• Hands-on experience using Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, Pi, or similar AI coding agents.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted software development, agent harness engineering, and modern engineering workflows.

Qualifications

• Strong software engineering fundamentals and problem-solving abilities.
• A builder's mindset with a passion for agentic AI.
• Ability to independently design and deliver end-to-end applications.
• Experience translating business requirements into reliable software.
• Curiosity about emerging AI technologies and modern software engineering practices.
