Job Title: Financial Operations Analyst

Location: Charlotte, NC

Duration: Contract through 12/31/2026 (potential to extend/convert to FTE)

Pay Rate: $35-46/hour

About the Role

Seeking an analytical and detail-oriented Operations Analyst to support key initiatives revolving around operational efficiency for a large financial services client. This role is ideal for someone early in their career, comfortable working with large data sets in Excel, and collaborating across global teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyzing and working with large datasets using Excel to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Partnering with internal and external stakeholders across the US, UK, and Asia to support business initiatives.
• Contributing to process improvement efforts to enhance efficiency, reduce risk, and improve client outcomes.
• Supporting cross-functional projects, including requirements gathering, testing, and implementation.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, large data set manipulation)
• Heavy user of Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, Outlook, Teams; familiarity with broader O365 suite)
