About the Role
The Creative Graphic Designer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. The individual in this role will create visual concepts and designs for branding materials, marketing campaigns, websites, social media, and other digital and print assets related to textile and apparels. The company is a growing creative organization focused on delivering visually engaging and impactful design solutions for its webstore.
Key Responsibilities
- Create visual concepts and designs for branding materials, marketing campaigns, websites, social media, and other digital and print assets.
- Develop layouts, illustrations, logos, and graphics that align with brand guidelines and client objectives.
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to translate briefs into compelling visual outputs.
- Prepare final artwork files for production.
- Revise designs based on feedback.
- Stay current with design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve the visual quality of deliverables.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma or similar tools).
- Ability to interpret briefs.
- Ability to communicate design concepts clearly.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong time management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines in an on-site, fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to create visually appealing and cohesive designs across formats.
- Experience in Branding and Logo Design, including developing and maintaining consistent visual identities.
- Proficiency in Web Design, with an understanding of user experience principles and responsive layouts.
- A portfolio demonstrating creative thinking, attention to detail, and a range of design work across digital and print media.
- Relevant education in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
