Key Responsibilities

• Actively aid the consulting team in different phases of the project including problem definition, effort estimation, diagnosis, solution generation and design and deployment.
• Explore alternatives to recommended solutions based on research (literature surveys, public domain information, vendor evaluation) and build Proofs of Concept (POCs).
• Create requirement specifications from business needs, define to-be processes and detailed functional designs based on requirements.
• Support configuring solution requirements on the products.
• Understand issues, diagnose the root cause, seek clarifications, and identify and shortlist solution alternatives.
• Contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives to provide high-quality, value-adding solutions.
• Work with clients to identify business challenges and contribute to client deliverables by refining, analyzing, and structuring relevant data.
• Assess current processes, identify improvement areas, and suggest technology solutions.

• Cloud Platform: Power Platform (Power Automate)
• Logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
