Pharmacy Intern yr1

About the Role

The Intern will be under the direct supervision of an assigned preceptor pharmacist. This is a training position.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of routine and non-routine duties and functions requiring technical pharmaceutical skills, organization, and attention to detail.
• Engage in work under direct supervision.

Internal and External Contacts

• Internal: Patient care staff and management.
• External: Physicians, physician office staff, and patients.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Active enrollment in a College or School of Pharmacy or graduate of a foreign pharmacy school.
• Current Washington State intern license.
• Current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification by the American Heart Association.

The extent of work responsibility will depend on prior experience in other fields of pharmacy and individual capabilities in accordance with Washington State Law.
