About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Development Representative role based in Mumbai. The position focuses on researching and identifying prospective customers, qualifying leads, and generating a sales pipeline for Volody’s CLM solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls, emails, and social outreach.
• Schedule product demos for the sales team.
• Follow up on marketing-generated leads.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine messaging, gather market feedback, and support business development initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM tools.
• Meet daily and monthly activity targets.
• Represent Volody’s solutions professionally to enterprise clients.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Proficiency with CRM tools.
• Basic sales analytics.
• Structured prospecting methodologies.

Qualifications

• Strong Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills focused on B2B technology or SaaS products.
• Effective Communication skills, including clear spoken and written English and the ability to present solutions confidently.
• Solid Sales and Business Development abilities to qualify opportunities, nurture prospects, and help drive revenue growth.
• Ability to work on-site in Mumbai.
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field are preferred.
• Prior experience in enterprise software or legal/contract technology sales is an advantage.
