Entry Level Account Manager

About the Role

We’re looking for motivated, outgoing, and career-driven individuals to join our team as an Entry-Level Account Manager. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a team environment, and wants an opportunity to develop valuable business and leadership skills. No previous account management experience is required. We provide structured onboarding and ongoing coaching.

Key Responsibilities

• Representing client products and services in a professional, customer-facing environment
• Building relationships with prospective and existing customers
• Identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate products or services
• Supporting new customer acquisition and account growth
• Providing accurate information about client offerings and promotions
• Maintaining strong communication throughout the customer experience
• Tracking customer interactions, sales activity, and account information
• Collaborating with the team to achieve individual and team objectives
• Participating in ongoing sales, product, and professional development training
• Learning the fundamentals of account management, sales strategy, and business operations

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional, dependable, and organized
• Comfortable meeting and speaking with new people
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Open to coaching, feedback, and continued development
• Previous experience in sales, hospitality, retail, athletics, leadership, or other people-focused environments is helpful but not required.
