About the Role
This is a full-time, on-site US IT Recruiter role based in Noida. The role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process for US-based IT positions.
Key Responsibilities
- Write and post job descriptions.
- Proactively search for candidates using job boards and professional networks.
- Maintain an organized candidate pipeline.
- Conduct initial technical and cultural-fit assessments.
- Communicate with candidates and hiring managers.
- Schedule interviews.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Maintain recruitment metrics.
- Stay current with US hiring trends and immigration considerations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet staffing targets and client expectations.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Full-life Cycle Recruiting experience.
- IT Recruitment and Technical Recruiting skills.
- Recruiting and Hiring skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Familiarity with US job boards, professional networks (e.g., LinkedIn), and applicant tracking systems.
- Knowledge of US IT job market trends.
- Understanding of US work authorization and visa types is an advantage.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
