Customer Service Warehouse Associate

About the Role

Ewing Outdoor Supply is seeking dependable, customer-focused team members for its operations team. This role offers a variety of activities including customer service, warehouse operations, inventory support, local deliveries, and sales assistance. It is ideal for individuals who enjoy being active, working both indoors and outdoors, and being part of a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. The role provides world-class training and does not require prior industry experience, though it is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Supports day-to-day operations in a fast-paced wholesale environment serving contractors and industry professionals.

• Customer Service & Sales

• Greet customers, answer calls, and field customer questions.

• Support customers in selecting landscape materials, outdoor supplies, and irrigation product recommendations.

• Build and manage customer relationships and offer sales support to customer accounts.

• Warehouse & Yard Operations

• Pull, stage, and load customer orders, including stone, soil, mulch, and hardscape materials.

• Maintain a clean, organized, well-stocked, and welcoming warehouse and yard, following all equipment and material-handling safety standards.

• Inventory Management

• Receive and stock deliveries and transfers.

• Assist with cycle counts and inventory accuracy checks.

• Delivery and Transportation

• Load and unload materials using company delivery vehicles while following all safety protocols.

• Safely deliver customer materials in company delivery vehicles to local job sites, providing customer service upon arrival.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 50–75 lbs regularly.
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Basic math and communication skills.
• An eagerness to work as a team and deliver world-class customer service.

Preferred, But Not Required

• Warehouse associate experience.
• Delivery driver experience.
• Forklift certification.
• Knowledge of irrigation, plumbing, or landscape materials.
• Spanish Bi-Lingual.
