About the Role

The Taxation Support (L1 – International) role is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. The role involves providing first-level support on international taxation queries, resolving routine tax-related issues, and escalating complex cases to senior team members.

• Communication skills to explain taxation concepts clearly and interact with diverse stakeholders.
• Troubleshooting skills to identify root causes of tax-related problems and provide appropriate solutions.
• Familiarity with international taxation concepts or finance processes is beneficial.
• Ability to work in a structured, process-driven environment and adhere to compliance standards.
• Relevant education in finance, commerce, accounting, or a related field is preferred.
• Comfort with using CRM tools and office productivity software for documentation and reporting.
