About the Role
The Supply Chain Specialist role at HBeonLabs Technologies Private Limited is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. Key Responsibilities

- Optimize stock to prevent shortages or excesses.
- Analyze supply chain data.

- Support production and operations teams.
- Ensure compliance with company quality and delivery standards.
- Collaborate across departments to maintain efficient workflows and support overall business objectives.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Familiarity with ERP or supply chain software.
- Proficiency in MS Excel or similar tools.
Qualifications
- Strong Supply Chain Management skills, including procurement planning, logistics coordination, and vendor management.
- Experience with Inventory Management, stock monitoring, and materials tracking in a manufacturing or technology environment.
- Knowledge of Operations Management principles, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Effective Communication skills and the ability to work with internal and external stakeholders.
- Solid Analytical Skills for data interpretation, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Prior experience in electronics, IoT, or manufacturing sectors is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
