Graduate Engineering Trainee

About the Role

PInterview is an innovative online platform focused on delivering high-quality interview practice and learning experiences for students and professionals. This is a full-time remote role for a Graduate Engineering Trainee at PInterview. The trainee will assist in analyzing and improving platform features, contributing to engineering-related projects that support interview preparation tools and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Participating in product and process design discussions.
• Supporting basic mechanical or manufacturing engineering tasks.
• Gathering and analyzing data.
• Preparing documentation or reports.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Coordinating small project activities.
• Communicating progress and issues clearly to mentors and supervisors.
• Learning and applying engineering principles.
• Gaining exposure to real-world project management and online education technology.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related engineering discipline is preferred.
• Strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and the ability to collaborate in remote teams.
• Solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, troubleshoot issues, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Project Management skills such as basic planning, task coordination, and time management in an engineering or tech context.
• Foundational Manufacturing Engineering knowledge, including understanding of production processes, quality concepts, or operations workflows.
• Core Mechanical Engineering knowledge, including familiarity with engineering fundamentals, design principles, and technical problem-solving.
• Ability to work independently, maintain professionalism in a remote setup, and demonstrate curiosity and initiative in learning is highly valued.

Skills & Technologies

• Proficiency in MS Office or productivity tools.
• Basic understanding of online platforms.
• Eagerness to learn new technologies is beneficial.
