About the Role
- Conduct daily FG (finished goods) inspections at domestic and Bangladesh supplier locations.
- Communicate daily audit findings with suppliers and sourcing team.
- Ensure timely closure of CAPA for all non-conformities found during FG inspections and from market feedback.
- Provide support to suppliers for process improvement.
- Ensure monthly RM (Raw Material) and FG Lab testing as per annual plan.
- Provide on-the-job training to new supplier QA team members.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Diploma in mechanical engineering / Bachelor's in mechanical engineer.
