Key Responsibilities

• Calling leads from the CRM to understand career up-skilling requirements and pitching suitable courses.
• Consistently achieving revenue targets.
• Proactively identifying cross-selling and up-selling opportunities with existing customers.
• Identifying references from the existing customer base to grow the sales pipeline.
• Maintaining all customer interactions in the CRM.
• Managing pre-sales to post-sales support activities for assigned leads.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Decent exposure working with any CRM like Salesforce, Zoho, etc.

• Fast-learner, keen on details, and self-motivated

Qualifications

• Any Graduation / Post Graduation (Except Bachelors of Arts and Masters of Arts)

Work Details

• Working days: 6 days a week
• Working Hours: Total 9 Hours (including 1 hour break)
• Productive Hours: 8 hours
• Work Location: Purely Work from Office (Arekere, Bannerghatta Road, Bangalore)

Compensation

For Interns and Full-Time Employees:

• First 6 Months (Internship/Training Period): ₹25,000/- fixed salary per month + performance-based incentives.
• Post Completion of 6 Months: CTC revised to ₹8 LPA, comprising:
• ₹4.2 LPA Fixed
• ₹3.8 LPA Variable

Note: The first month's salary will be held and released with the fourth month's salary for retention purposes. No agreement, bond, or contract will be taken. Employees may leave by serving the notice period. Leaves are provided only for final examinations, not for internals or preparatory periods.
