Role Description

The Hairstylist will provide professional hair services to clients, including cutting, styling, coloring, and treatments aligned with Artisanal Parfum House’s brand and service standards. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand their preferences.
• Recommend suitable hairstyles and hair care routines.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming salon environment.
• Collaborate with the team to create cohesive looks that complement the brand’s fragrance and beauty offerings.
• Manage appointment schedules.
• Support retail sales of hair and beauty products.
• Stay updated on current trends, techniques, and products.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Ability to work on-site full time in Mumbai.
• Ability to collaborate with a team.
• Ability to adapt to a luxury, brand-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Strong Hair Styling and Hair Care skills, including cutting, coloring, blow-drying, and treatment application.
• Foundational Cosmetology knowledge, with formal training or certification from a recognized cosmetology or beauty institute.
• Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to consult with clients, manage expectations, and build lasting relationships.
• Attention to detail.
• High level of hygiene and safety awareness in all salon procedures.
• Experience in premium or boutique salons is beneficial.
• Familiarity with retail product recommendations is beneficial.
• Basic knowledge of hair and scalp health is beneficial.
