About the Role
The Salema Group seeks enthusiastic individuals to join our Dunkin' team as Crew Members for afternoons/closing shifts. We foster a culture of SPARKing Growth through Support, Positivity, Appreciation, Resilience, and Kindness.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service Excellence: Greet guests with a smile, take orders accurately, and ensure a delightful experience.
- Beverage and Food Preparation: Brew coffee, prepare sandwiches, package donuts, and serve them promptly.
- Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the store tidy, including restocking supplies and cleaning equipment.
- Team Collaboration: Work harmoniously with fellow crew members to create a welcoming atmosphere.
Requirements & Tech Stack

Qualifications
- Full-time pay: $15.00-$16.00/hour + tips
- Part-time pay: $12.50-$14.00/hour + tips
