About the Role

Rohera Group of Companies is building intelligent, secure products across healthcare technology, advanced power systems, engineering innovation, and enterprise automation. They are seeking builders who can take an idea from concept to a deployed, secure, scalable product.

Key Responsibilities

• Build AI-powered products, intelligent agents, and decision-support systems.
• Develop end-to-end products, including research, requirements, UX, architecture, build, test, launch, and improvement.
• Create software for web, mobile, cloud, enterprise, embedded, and IoT.
• Develop ML models and data pipelines that are trained, validated, and monitored.
• Implement private, in-house AI connected to internal servers, databases, and devices.
• Build workflow automation with human approvals, permissions, and audit trails.
• Design and implement secure architecture, including encryption, IAM, data isolation, and privacy-by-design.
• Utilize blockchain-based audit trails and data provenance, where technically justified.
