Sales Assistant
Renaissance Partners Devleopment
About the Role
Renaissance Partners is an Orange County-based real estate development and investment firm. We are seeking a proactive, highly organized Sales Assistant to support our Vice President of Investor Relations & Business Development. Fluent spoken and written English, familiarity with Los Angeles and Orange County, and reliable follow-through are essential. - Follow-up and task coordination: Send approved materials, arrange next meetings, and track outstanding items. Keep the Vice President informed, identify missing information or delays early, and help resolve them.
- CRM and workflow management: Maintain accurate client records, communication notes, and next steps in HubSpot. Use Asana to track assignments, deadlines, and progress, with concise weekly updates.
- Documentation and internal coordination: Organize current materials, assist with document collection and signature reminders, and coordinate with legal and finance. Refer substantive investment, legal, and tax questions to the appropriate person.
- Client events and local arrangements: Support invitations, attendance confirmations, venue and vendor coordination, meeting logistics, and event follow-up throughout Los Angeles and Orange County.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Fluent, professional English and Mandarin: Confidently handle English business emails, phone calls, scheduling, and communications.
- Familiarity with Los Angeles and Orange County: Understand the local business environment, communities, and geography.
- A proactive, positive approach: Anticipate needs, ask thoughtful questions, take initiative, welcome feedback, and follow tasks through to completion.
- Strong organization and attention to detail: Manage multiple assignments, maintain clear priorities, meet deadlines, and communicate progress. Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Practical technology skills and dependable availability: Use email, calendars, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint confidently. Work on-site in Irvine during established hours and support scheduled client meetings and events.
