About the Role
Veeam is seeking a Compensation Intern for their Summer 2027 program. This role is designed for students entering their final year of university to gain real-world experience within the People & Culture team, focusing on simplifying compensation data, processes, or insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with compensation team members, People Partners, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Understand complex people and pay-related challenges.
- Analyze information and translate findings into clear, practical recommendations.
- Ask thoughtful questions and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Use data and AI-enabled tools where appropriate.
- Develop creative solutions that can be tested and implemented.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Rising Junior or Senior pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Data Science, or another related field.
- Excellent written, verbal, and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented work ethic and data analysis skills.
- Willingness to learn about technology.
- Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office, including Excel, Teams, and Word.
- Demonstrate use of AI tooling for data analysis.
- Ability to work independently with limited direction in a fast-paced environment.
- High-energy, motivated self-starter.
