Module Leader, Closure and Mechanisms

About the Role

• To lead the Cross-Functional Team (CFT) across the organization (Vehicle Module Team) to develop closure and CAB Mechanisms for projects as per the QCT Targets.
• Role will start at DR0 for the project and continue up to SOP+90 days.
• Module delivery for Quality, Cost, and Timeline for the project is owned by the CFT, led by the Module Leader.

Key Responsibilities

• Design & CAD Modelling of parts and Assemblies as per engineering guidelines and checklists.
• Evaluate data received from suppliers as per engineering deliverables and decide next action plan to meet milestones.
• Support PL & SMTL for project deliverables as per Gen3 milestones and deliverables.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• B.Tech/M.Tech (Mechanical)

Qualifications

• Experience leading CFT for development of closure and CAB Mechanisms.
• Understanding of project lifecycle from DR0 to SOP+90 days.
• Ownership of module delivery for Quality, Cost, and Timeline.
• Proficiency in Design and CAD Modelling.
• Ability to evaluate supplier data and create action plans.
• Experience supporting project deliverables against defined milestones.
