Job Title: Accounts Executive - Night shift

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Executive to support our finance and accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of accounting principles, good Excel skills, and a willingness to learn and grow in the finance domain. The role involves invoice processing, vendor account management, payment follow-ups, reconciliations, client coordination, and financial reporting. Candidates who can join immediately and are comfortable working night shifts are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and maintain vendor and client invoices accurately and on time.
• Verify invoices and supporting documents before processing.
• Maintain vendor accounts, client records, and financial documentation.
• Coordinate with vendors and clients regarding invoices, payments, and account-related queries.
• Follow up on pending invoices and outstanding payments.
• Assist in preparing financial reports, Balance Sheets, and Profit & Loss statements.
• Support bank, vendor, and customer account reconciliations.
• Assist with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) activities.
• Prepare and maintain accounting reports and trackers using Microsoft Excel.
• Coordinate with internal teams regarding billing, payments, and financial records.
• Support month-end and year-end accounting activities.
• Ensure accurate record-keeping and proper filing of financial documents.

Required Qualifications

• B.Com, M.Com, MBA Finance, or an equivalent qualification.
• Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in Accounts or Finance.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial statements.
• Understanding of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Balance Sheets and Profit & Loss statements.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with accounting software or ERP systems is an added advantage.
• Good communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
