The Data Analytics Intern role at Weskill is a remote internship focused on supporting data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Collecting and organizing data from various sources.
• Performing exploratory data analysis.
• Preparing reports or dashboards that highlight key trends and insights.
• Assisting in building and refining data models.
• Validating data quality.
• Documenting analytical processes.
• Collaborating with mentors and cross-functional team members to translate business questions into measurable metrics and analytical tasks.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Skills in Data Analytics and Data Analysis to interpret datasets and generate actionable insights.
• Strong Analytical Skills to identify patterns, solve problems, and support data-driven decisions.
• Skills in Data Management to collect, clean, and maintain structured and unstructured data.
• Knowledge of Data Modeling to help design basic data structures and support analytical workflows.
• Familiarity with tools such as Excel, SQL, or introductory data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is beneficial.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and communicate findings clearly in writing and presentations.
• Curiosity to learn, attention to detail, and openness to feedback and mentorship are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in or completion of an undergraduate program in a quantitative, technical, or related field is preferred.
